Business Opportunities

The following provides a listing of Invitations to Bid and Request for Proposals that are currently being requested by the Mobile County Public School System (MCPSS).

The Board provides equal opportunities for all businesses and does not discriminate against any vendor regardless of race, color, creed, sex, national origin, or disability in consideration for an award.

Instructions: 

  • If you are placing a bid, but not registered, does not mean you will receive future ITB or RFP's.
  • Once registered and approved, the email address on file will receive future email notices for the bid categories selected in the registration process. MCPSS can not be held responsible for email notifications that go to your SPAM folder. It is the vendor's responsibility to check the SPAM folder and to place the email address bidnotify@mcpss.com in their address folder. However, bidders are urged to check the web site frequently for new information.

  • No Faxes or E-Mail responses to bids or RFP's will be accepted
  • Addenda- All bidders that are currently registered with the Purchasing Department will receive an email notification by the email address on file. Bidders not registered should check this site frequently for any changes. The MCPSS will not be responsible for a bidder's failure to acquire any addenda that is issued.

  • Disclaimer: The Mobile County School System will not be held liable for any changes and/or alterations to any document except those made to the original document located in the Purchasing Department; any delay in vendor receiving email notifications due to server or network issues; it is the responsibility of the vendor to keep their information current that is on file to insure proper communication of email notifications.
